Mrs. Sarah Ealing joined the SRS staff for the 2024-2025 school year. She graduated from Ball State University with a bachelor's degree in Elementary Education and Special Education: Mild Intervention. She taught in FWCS for 3 years teaching Functional Skills/Moderate Disabilities before being asked to create a similar special education program at her home school and parish, St. Charles, where she then taught for 2 years before leaving to be a stay-at-home mom.

Mrs. Ealing and her husband, Joe, have been married for 12 years and have two children.
