We will be having our St. Rose Grandparents and Community Parade! Students will line up along the parade route and grandparents will drive along the route. To add to the excitement of the day, please decorate your vehicle. The parade is open to all vehicles, golf carts, tractors, cars, etc. Candy is allowed to be thrown! Please be aware we do have peanut allergies at our school.

Once the parade is over, we invite everyone to come inside for pictures, crafts, classroom visits, refreshments, and to check out the book fair. Grandparents may come in for the activities or pick up their grandchildren once the parade is over.

Grandparents that plan on coming into the building should park in one of the three lots on the map below after the parade. There will be an adult stationed at the doors listed on the map to let people in. Grandparents will be let into the building once all students are back in the building and in their classrooms. Those at the front of the parade may be waiting a little bit before being let in. Grandparents will be directed to the gym to wait and we will bring students down to join them.

Students will need to be signed out when they leave with their grandparents. Please make sure that all grandparents know to stop and check out the students. Sign-out stations will be at door 3 in the back hallway, door 7 down by the gym, and door 5 by the main office.

Students not going home with their grandparents will be dismissed at the normal time. There will be no aftercare, so please plan accordingly.
